iris, lantana, herbs, i.e. lavender, rosemary ...
Bleeding hearts, lilies of the valley, angelonias, basket of gold, lamb's ear, globe amaranth, lantanas, Russian sage, snapdragons, dragon flowers, Joe Pye weed, bee balm, astilbe, black-eyed Susan, peony, butterfly bush, echinacea, liatris, lavender, woodland phlox, trillium, blue cardinal, iris. The highly fragrant nature of these repel deer (and rabbits).
In addition to the above lists, Google "deer resistant flowers". Side note...I read that if you cut strips of dryer sheets and tie them around some of the plants or on posts throughout the garden, they will deter deer.
