Instructions on laying stepping stones to cover an area 6 X 10?

I would like to make a patio of stepping stones in the back yard. Any ideas or instructions on how to accomplish this dream of mine would be appreciated. Thank you

Wish I had an example to show but I had read somewhere about digging the shapes of stones into the dirt and then pouring the concrete into the "holes"
