Depends on the chair. I love chalk paint and it is so easy to work with. If the chair has a pad. Turn the chair over and loosen the screws. Take that off and recover with material and a stapler gun.
Thanks, Ann. I have not tried chalk paint, but I might. The chairs do not have pads, just solid wood bottoms.
