Any ideas on an inexpensive way to fix my privacy fence gate?

Whats wrong with it, and what kind of gate?
to keep it from sagging. The post rotted at ground level, so I will have to replace
that, but I also want to move the gate to the middle of the fence (not up against
the house). which will give more support. I'm guessing just a couple of posts
and new cement for gate support.... I've had to hold up that whole side of the
fence because of the rotted post up against the house. Think I should use
non wooden posts? Thanks for your input. Kelly
