Store your bulbs in a cool, dry, dark place.

The bulls will especially enjoy winter if you let them live with the cows. The cows may also like this arrangement. Your bulbs should be resting in a cool, dark place, packed in sawdust.
If your are referring to overwintering tender bulbs,dig them up and allow to dry,store in sphagnum moss and a paper bag and store in a cool dry area
