Yes. "infest" your lawn with milky spore. The treatment lasts 10 years, and kills the grubs before they develop wings. We have not seen a beetle in over 5 years now.

Food Grade DE diatometeous earth, scattered where you see the bettles, you could also hand pick them off of your plants and place them in a soapy dish. Just be sure to remove the DE once the bettles are gone by using water, you need to keep the DE dry for it to work. It will kill beneficial insects tho so be sure to remove it when it's done

Red cedar oil. It's sold commercially, but you can make your own by steeping red cedar in a bucket filled with hot water. Let this steep for at least 24 hours, then place in a sprayer and go after the beetles. If you make your own, you'll have to play around with the concentration.

Another way is to create a bucket of sudsy water, knock the beetles off the plants and into the soapy water to die and decompose. The scent of decomposing beetles is supposed to deter other beetles from hanging around.

No. You need to pick them off and drop them in a container of soap and water. They are always on my Lilies.
