Have you tried deodorant it will work on the feet.

I once crushed some charcoal briquettes into smaller pieces so that they would fit down into all the the little nook and crannies of my high top but very smelly tennis shoes! This was after I tried the bleach and freeze method several times. I had no other options to explore. The bleach and freeze and the charcoal finally did the trick!
