Hello! There are a couple of ways to ger the perfect orange color using material found in nature; for instance spices, berries and vegetables. My recommendation for a lovely orange color is yellow onion skins. Onion skins have been the source of dyes for eons, ranging in colors from pale yellow, to orange, to red and purple. Have you tried Tumeric or saffron? I know they stain my clothes after I eat something with that in it.
I am not sure of this one- but remember what ever you would use for red and yellow, you can mix o make orange.
