yes. I would clean them and paint with chalk paint. It will take 2 to 3 coats. Them seal them with MinWax paste.
They sure can! Yours look just like mine before I painted them. I used two coats of Valspar stain blocking bonding primer and then two coats of a semi gloss white paint. After the paint cured in about 2 to 3 weeks it was very hard, durable and easy to clean.
yes you can paint these, just dont forget the primer
Yes ,lightly sand, clean, prime with Kilz, allow the primer to dry, paint two light coats allowing again to dry in-between,(use a foam brush),seal with at least two coats of polycrylic
Yes, clean them well with TSP then use a good primer and paint.
Make sure they are clean and dry. Use acrylic latex paint. Remove the doors and hardware. Mark the doors and cabinets with tape where they go. Lightly sand the doors and cabinets to remove any gloss and roughen the surface for paint. Prime with a stain blocking primer like Zinsser 123, KILZ,or BIN. Then paint with your color. Seal with at least three coats with a water based polyurethane. Use a small foam roller and foam brush for a smooth finish.
