Any eyewear provider can replace for you for a couple dollars. They also sell in packages and you can do yourself. I replace mine all the time.
Try a toothbrush or Qtip with soap and water
I use the soap and water and a toothbrush and use a needle or toothpick to get in the small edges the toothbrush may miss.

The best thing I have used is a WATER PICK machine. you can use it to get in those tiny areas. (It's a dental water pick)
Try toothpaste with a toothbrush. If that doesn't work, go to your optician and ask him to change them. New silicon pads are softer and more comfortable anyway.
