What type of hinges are used on the top of this folding table?
Does anyone know what type of hinges are attached to the top of this folding table? The legs fold in toward the back then the top folds down flat against the legs.

Take the measurements of the washer and dryer bases. Use 3/4" plywood and construct a box that they can sit on. You can leave the front open or install drawers. I don't think they can carry the weight of a slab of granite, but you can make a wooden top instead.
This is making a strange picture in my head. Hopefully these things are front loaders, or you are never going to be able to get things in and out without a ladder. I agree about the granite slab. You could make an edge out of granite or stone tile to give you the look without the weight.
