Build a wooden 3 sided cabinet to put the toilet paper in right over the top same high to hide the holder .It would be like having extra storage with a top to place a small plant or something on top . No one would know you were hididing the holder in there unless they open it for more TP ha ha
Install a magazine cubby. You could make it a wall of art works and make sure the hole get covered by one. Or what about something vintage like a washboard or Wainscot a lower portion of that wall could be with embossed paper, corrugated tin or wood ship lap.
