If it's a wood door, wood putty all around the crack, back, front, underneath and sand down flush with door. Of course you can use a wood marker, it won't be perfect but close. Or you can paint over.
What kind of cracks? Do you need new weatherstripping?
If they are just very small cosmetic cracks - not going all the way thru, on another wise very sturdy solid wood door (which you don't want to paint right now) I have used wall crack filler - just a tiny bit to fill it in, then wipe it off.
Try wood filler, ask for it at your local home improvement store
