I assume you mean stacked up on the plunger? Check out the different prints on duct tape (I have seen them at Big Lots and other places), then just wrap with the tape of the season. Much easier than re-painting. You can also add a recycled bowl to fit the plunger bottom so it stands up well. Good Luck!
ok - here's an idea. paint the rubber bottom with plastic spray paint either neutral color/match your bathroom colors. wrap fabric around the handle, again neutral or matching. Slide TP down the pole. Use holiday colors for the "special" one. More involved - Cut a piece of wood or styrofoam to fill the plunger opening. Drill 4 holes in square pattern., wide enough for TP. Stick 4 dowels into holes/wood. Paint whatever colors you wish. Slide TP down the pole. Tie a bow around the top to keep the dowels from springing apart. Bow can be season-sensitive.
