I have been trying to redo a tub surround. Paint comes off with the heat so be careful. If it was originally white, I would fill the tub and add a bunch of clorox. soak towels and place along the edges and let hang over so the top of the tub gets it too. let it soak for a while. make sure to open window and stay out so you're not inhaling. Also, make sure it's a straight bleach. The splashless in my opinion doesn't work as well and if disinfecting the original one is the only one that does.

Hello. In my bathroom I was told that a wall was covered in Wall Board...Is there really such a thing? It is hideous. A coat of white paint over it would work wonder...

Our bathroom has shiny wallboard with lots of nail holes. I am wondering what kind of paint would work best or maybe it would be best to just get new wall board !!

Porcelain, cast iron or fiberglass? If porcelain or cast iron you can have reglazed for not a lot of money.
