Removed the damaged boards and replace. Hopefully you kept spare boards.
if you are talking about vinyl laminated flooring you can cut a small slit in it, inject some construction adhesive and push it down to spread it out. Then work the bubbles to the middle and out the hole and clean it up
You will haev to remove the piece that is damaged and replace it with a new piece. It depends on the type of laminate you have....it may need to be pried up, or if it was loose-lay, you may be able to start at one end and remove all the boards to get to the damaged one. They can also be cut out if you have the proper tool. Unfortunately, it is not an easy task no matter how you do it.
Before replacing,
Iron it, its plastic and the glue will soften and reactivate . It's worth a try
