Check with your community-- there might be a place where they will allow you to dump it. Or you can advertise it as clean fill and have it taken away from someone who needs it.
Offer it for free on a community site or rent a construction dumpster.
you are most likely going to need part of the dirt for back fill. it will take some time to settle. when it settles, you will want more dirt to fill in the divots.
Ask your neighbors, they might have some projects in mind too.
The retaining wall you may need that soil it build a flower bed or to plant grass and to level both. If you still need to get rid of it place a sign out front free clean dirt and also post on OfferUp and Craigslist.
