Start by buying all sorts of fall foliage. Artificial flowers, leaves, berries, apples, straw scarecrow, etc. Put this on your door in some arrangement, or in a large bowl on your dining table. Wrap leaves around the banister if you have one. Buy a basket shaped like a cone, and have a mixture of fall foliage, as I mentioned. You can purchase these items and more @ the Dollar Tree, or any store that sells merchandise for $1. Good Luck!

Decorative corn, with pretty fall colored bow, autumn leaves, gords/pumpkins, mums, cornucopia (I have a pretty one for a table decoration), that interesting-looking decorative cabbage plant, scarecrows or turkeys, hay bales, bowl of apples on table. Also, those wreaths that look like they are made of berries.

Harvest is a great theme for fall and into Thanksgiving! Decorate with leaves, gords, pumpkins, squash, etc and wait til Thanksgiving to add some little Pilgrim sets into the decor. Also wreaths and signs for fall and Thanksgiving are great. Add a scarecrow for fall and substitute Turkey or PIlgrims in Nov..

Pumpkins, leaves, dried flowers all are great fall items. You can add items for Halloween and then take out and still have the Fall theme. Beautiful fall color quilts, gourds, Welcome, Thankfullness, Fall Yall and other signage is great.
