You will have to buy bulk material to cover pieces this long. I just covered something similar for my outdoor lounges. I bought 20 yards of Sunbrella fabric, then laid out the fabric with RIGHT SIDES together. I put the cushion between and pinned the wrong side and left 4 inches on the side I wanted to put the zipper in (the long side in the back). You may have to cut a long piece that covers the sides of the cushions to join to the tops and bottoms. I then sewed around my pins and cut away the excess fabric. I dry fit the cushion again and marked areas that needed to be fine tuned. At this point, I folded the 4-inch areas down and pinned for the zipper. You can buy industrial zippers at www.wawack.com. I then removed the cushion, sewed the fine-tuned areas and sewed the zipper.
