Is it possible you are not using a question mark? I know it sound silly but once I asked a question in a post as a joke and it posted it as an actual question. At the bottom of your projects page, you can find where and who to contact.

Here is a link to the actual page where at the bottom you can find several options for clicking in. Two are contact and support. Hope that helps.
