go to Moen website and find your faucet. They usually have a graduated sketch of the parts and info on how to change the washer. There may be a piece of metal on the faucet that pops off and there is a screw inside. Keep the parts in order as you remove them

I did it and I'm 82. There is a tiny screw at the back of the handle. Unscrew it and the handle comes off exposing the washer that needs replacement.
The first thing I would do is to contact Moen. It is possible your faucet is a washerless variety. Ours is a different brand and is washerless.
