My laminate floors are all scuffed up by children who play with their toys.
Luckily, they are moving out. How do I get a great shine on my laminate floors?icon

Try using plain white toothpaste on the scratches, then use the Laminate floor care system b Bona

Laminate floors aren't "real" wood and are sold to be in the same color/shine as manufactured. IF your kids have left behind marks from sneakers, rubber toys, etc. it could just be that the floor needs a good deep cleaning. I'd use Murphy's Oil Soap (gentle and no-rinse) but scrub the floor on my hands and knees to be sure I'm scrubbing off all remnants of the debris.

Be careful to read the packaging; many products will say "not for use on laminate.". I have had good luck with Bona.

BONA--I think I have seen it at Home Depot. I hope it doesn't leave a wax residue over time.

    I appreciate your response

Thank you Janet. White toothpaste---I'll give it a try. Someone else also recommended BONA. It must be good. I will try it.

    Thanks--have a great weekend.
