Did you call in an arborist or tree guy?
call the arborist...... my uncle was a certified arborist. Those peeps study how trees grow, and the diseases trees get....and how to prune properly so the trees are stronger. Ther can also tell insect damage and possibly which insect....i do miss that guy...
It may have a tree virus! Go to a Nursery that sells plants. Like at Home Depot. Or some other private Nursery/Shrubbery business. I think you'll find an answer there. Try googling it, too! Good luck!

In Pennsylvania there is a decease that is killing the pine trees. I've noticed a lot of them dying . I don't know if the same thing is happening in your area. I would contact a professional to see if anything can be done. It may be too late.
