there is a paint like substance for that......where in the diy store I don't know ask an employee..
there is a porcelain paint for tthat....try a big box diy store.
Type in "porcelain chip repair" in the search block on Amazon. Lots of choices. Nothing will make an invisible repair because the original finish was melted on at a high temperature until it became glass, but porcelain repair paints do a reasonably good job of making most chips blend into the background.
They sell quick fix paint on porcelain products. I just bought some to cover up a knick in my kitchen sink. Purchased at Lowes.

I think Loctite makes a repair kit with an expoxy for this purpose.
