Well, we make Lawn Art, totem poles... We're currently making mushrooms & flowers and totems on poles....
You can bury them as a border or let them stand tall and proud as a mini fence. Or you can break 'em up and use them in a mosaic, or tumble them in a rock tumbler for beach glass and use those as decorative mulch in potted plants. Cut the bottoms off and use them as wind chimes-- use a wooden ball or large wooden bead as the clapper and use wire to attach the assembly to the tree.
Insert in the ground as an edging, hang from a tree branch at different heights as a wind chime, slip over the ends of a tree as ornaments.

The bottle trees are so pretty when the sunlight shines through the bottles. Can be easily made with ree-bar and someone who knows how to weld.
