What type of rooms do you have in your double wide?
I recently did one. Took out a wall dividing the kitchen and living and dining room. Replaced all the kitchen cabinets and turned one bedroom that was next to the dining room into a tv/computer room by closing up the door in the hall and opening up a 48" opening into the living room. Put in a feature wall with a gas fireplace designed for mobile homes and spray painted all the window galvanized metal a bronze tone. Replaced the master bath with a walk-in shower and updated vanity cabinets. Made a feature wall in the second bath of barn wood and installed all new vinyl flooring throughout. Painted the fridge black, along with the gas stove and installed a vent-microwave over the stove that was black. Moved the closet in the other bedroom to the window side. That opened up the inside wall for a bunk bed. Painted the huge front porch marine grey and painted the front door and the shutters steel blue. The home has white siding. Painted the back deck a deep red wood stain and added lighting.
If you don't want to do all that, paint all the walls, prime first. Paint the kitchen cabinets and if you don't want to remove any carpeting, put a nice area rug over top. Use EZ house cleaner (it attaches to a hose) on the outside and it'll look like a new place. You can find EZ house cleaner at Lowes.
