How do you fix ceramic tiles that are cracked and or loose.

Tiles are long and narrow. I can feel that other tiles are becoming loose.

If there is anyway, I would pull them all up and put something else beside tiles down. Manufacturers have come a long way with the new luxury vinyl and laminate flooring. If you have extra tiles you can always replace the cracked and loose ones.
Are these floor or wall tiles?
You might want to check first to see if the backer board has been wet or if there's another problem.
