If it's in all the fixtures in that bathroom, it's the hot water pipe leading there. If it's only one fixture, it's that particular fixture's hot water pipe or the faucet. You're probably going to need a plumber.
Time for a plumber
It sounds like you have air in your line. That's probably what's causing the noise. But the no water issue is another story. You should really call a pro for this one.
To find out if you need a plumber and you are a little handy switch the lines under sink. Put the cold to the hot and hot to cold. If the hot water comes out the cold faucet side it is your faucet, if cold comes out the hot water side it is your faucet, but no hot on the cold side you need a plumber
