Barb, use Bondo which is a two part epoxy that is normally used on cars. The big box stores sell it in the paint department, or any auto store has it. Follow the directions and work in small batches. Take the doors off and all the hardware. If you don't have a good putty knife, use an old credit card to smooth down. You will need to use a medium (80 grit) sandpaper and sand until smooth. Use a paint primer that will adhere to laminate (the local paint store can help) and a good acrylic paint. Touching up the repairs really won't look that good, so go ahead and paint the whole door. Gently sand the entire door and apply the primer and paint. Good luck!
