The easiest is to put cinnamon sticks in a pan on the stove with water and any other whole spices you like and gently simmer them. Watch the pot carefully that it doesn't boil down and burn the pan. You can even add citrus peels in the liquid.
Hello Thet Gutie :) Here are a few links that might be able to help you get "just a bit spicy" around your home ;) I hope you find something you like and can use, or something that will get your own imagination and creative juices in full flow ;) Thanks for asking HOMETALK for ideas!

Nancy has a good idea. You can also find unopened potpourri this time of year in Fall scents. Here's another site that might help.

You can use Cinnamon Essential Oil in an diffuser, especially designed for oils. Plug in your diffuser and pour room temperature water into the diffuser to the required line and add 1-2 drops of Cinnamon Oil. Set the diffuser timer and enjoy a whiff of cinnamon. If you or any one is allergic to cinnamon (watery eyes/sneezing) discontinue use and use another aroma. Cinnamon Oil can be dripped onto cotton balls and placed around the room, out of sight. Cinnamon Spice candles, can be found in abundance and in attractive jars. Do not leave unattended or in a young child's reach. Enjoy.
