loctite has a glue formulated for glass

Nano470 Construction Glue - High strength adhesive - Glueglass
I like E6000 and Gorilla outdoor glue (the one that dries clear). It holds up well and I have it on projects outdoors.
Hot glue if you want to be able to take it back off. Super Glue if you want it to be a bit more permanent.
We have had good results with Gorilla glue clear... but you will need to hand wash
check the hobby store like Michaels. they do those types of projects all the time
