I don't know that you can... the rubbing alcohol may have partially removed the finish.... you may have to strip and refinish.

I agree with Marty, I don't know that they will come out, that is why you don't put on cologne or perfume around finished furniture. Alcohol makes dull spots where it drips on the finish.
Make a paste of non-gel toothpaste and linseed oil. Gently rub in the direction of the grain. Wipe and finish with a good furniture polish.
