Vinyl plank is easy to install and is very durable. All you need is a saw. Carpet tiles are used more for industrial areas and are not seen in homes very much anymore.
Well either - but you will need tools
Vinyl plank is easier to install and looks great. Your home center will be able to direct you to the right tools for the job. The right tools for the job make the job go easier.
vinyl plank for sure. No saw needed. A tape measure, fine tip Marker speed square, a straight edge and a razor knife. Have fun and change your blades as frequently as needed
I think it depends on where you are flooring. Some vinyl plank must be glued Dow. There are some that are floating click floors that look great and are a snap to install. I have areas where I used carpet tile (playroom) which can be picked up and washed in the sink.
