Hello Roberta - Most libraries have computers and printers available for public use. The reference librarian will assuredly assist you with a download if that is unfamiliar territory for you. They typically don’t charge library card holders to use the computers except maybe a few cents per sheet of paper when printing out something. Other than that, have a friend download and print for you. In lieu of these 2 suggestions, you could always write down the instructions, which are usually just a half dozen steps or so.
if you can't download the directions, can you cut and paste to a WORD doc or pad? then save and print?
Can you make a screenshot? On my Mac, I save a lot of items by using Grab. Windows has something similar.
I also save a lot of directions by making a pdf. Usually the save screen gives me an option of how to save items and I opt for a pdf. Then I can always find it on the computer and read it there.
What do you mean by download? Do you want to print the page, just the directions or is there a pdf file? If there is a PDF file to download you just might not have the software. It's free from Adobe the most popular and trusted pdf reader software. You want to use the GREEN button for Adobe Reader. The BLUE one is an ad - ignore that one. Below the green button it explains what will happen when you click that button. You'll be sent to another site. Adobe is so popular that they have trusted links around the world so you will be taken to the one that is the closest to you. That is so that your download is much faster. You can trust those sites. Also, you could do the first few flowers looking at your computer while you follow the steps. Once you do a few you'll probably be able to do them without looking at the directions.
I hope either of those solutions help you.
