Southern Traditions: Why Did My Grandmas Sweep Their Yards?
My question as I watched these grandparents was always, "Why are you sweeping your yards, and why is there no grass around your house?" We have grass around ours.
That sounds like algae to me. I would use bleach and a scrub brush. Unless you happen to have a pressure washer which would make the job so much easier.
Bleach them (use gallon sprayer) scrub with garage type sweeper.
Wet and Forget, if its moss you can use liquid Moss Out that attaches to the hose
Pressure washer will save your knees and they are easy to use. You should be able to rent one at Home Depot
Power washer and bleach should clean it right up , good luck !
