I'm not quite sure I understand your question, could you rephrase, with more detail.
you can put floor tile on a wall but you cannot put wall tile on the floor .Wall tiles will not withstand the weight on the floor . That is my understanding .
Debbie is correct. You cannot use wall tile on the floor. It will eventually crack and fall apart.
