At our house it is all about the fruit, and I was struggling with a good way to keep it contained on my counter. So, I decided to grab some scraps and make my own corner fruit tower. I love it because it does the job, and it is cute at the same time...perfect!

After cutting the plywood center out with a jigsaw, I added hardware cloth.
I used scrap wood to make a divider. They were east to attach with wood glue and nails.
Spray painting old dresser knobs and using them as feet.
Enjoyed the project?

Shirley Kalinosky on Jul 11, 2015The house we are moving into has one of these corners in the kitchen and I can't even reach into it! This is a great idea for fruit and anything else that may need to be out of reach for someone short like me. Thanks for the inspiration.
