You can rent a carpet steamer from a local grocer or hardware store.
Just run water and peroxide through it. Then just water. It isn't clean until the water is clean.
After it is clean, then go over several times to pull the water out, so that it will dry faster, and not mold.
I replied suggesting you get to Dollar Store and buy the Homestore Foam Carpet Cleaner and the liquid spray. Use a soft brush to work the foam into the fibers, and if its stubborn give a spray of the liquid, let sit, and then brush. Repeat till it comes off.
