How to replant orchids?

    There are a few supplies that you will need to do this job properly. Specialty pots (I use terrace cotta), spagham moss, orchid bark and fertilizer. You can find all of these at Home Depot or Lowe’s or a local orchid grower if you have one.


    now for the fun part!! Remove the plant from the old pot and throw away all of the growing media. Prune off any roots that dont look active. Wrap the roots in some wet spagham moss. Add some styrofoam peanuts to the bottom of the pot. Add the orchid, spreading out the roots. Fill in with the bark and sprinkle fertilizer pellet’s on top. Sit back and enjoy.

    My friend told me about special orchid (plant) food. It's highly concentrated, so read instructions+dilute! It helps orchids to be healthy+blossom even better.
