Could you rephrase that question so we have some idea of what you are asking?
Some plants need every week, some could go every 2 weeks, and succulents and cactus can go once a month. When the heater runs more, the plants need water more often. Most house plants are killed from over watering.
Stick your finger down in the pot to see how dry it is. If it's dry about 2" down it probably needs a little water. Always water your plants from the bottom, sit them in a bowl of water and they will drink all they need, in about 1-2 hours.
That really depends on the type of the plant
It depends on the type of plants you have. Some need more water than others. For most plants you water when the soil becomes dry. But, there are others you water more or less frequently. Watering is plant specific.
