I have multiple cats, they tend to drag litter all over the floor.

Those little rascals do, don't they?
They make pads to go under litter boxes that are textured to remove it from their paws..... https://www.google.com/search?client=opera&q=litter+box+floor+protector&sourceid=opera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
Multiple may mean too many. Is there sufficient ventilation for the cats to have fresh air and people be able to breathe without wheezing or choking? Is there sufficient litter and boxes for every cat? Is there enough play and roaming space for each cat to have exercise, entertainment, and privacy? Are their medical and grooming needs being tended to so that their claws are trimmed, they all have the shots, dental checkups, dermatology exams, etc. that they need? And is the floor itself an actual walking surface, or one giant urine pad? I love cats, but I know they have specific and varied needs that may not be met if there are too many cats in one space. I hope that's not the situation. God bless you for loving His creations.
I put rugs in front of the box, then purchased a whisk broom because the rug was worthless..
Place a rug under the litter box. I have 6 cats and 3 boxes and use the old fashioned clay litter.
There are pads that you can place under the litter boxes. The cats walk on them and the litter stays on the pad. You would just need a large one.
