Behr paints are awesome
Most will tell you that their premium line of paint will cover in one coat. Joi's recommendation is a good one. Behr from their competitor usually comes out on top with a leading consumer testing magazine.
My experience tells me that it depends on what color is covering what other color, which you have not shared, and how good you are as a painter. I find that the latter is usually the weak spot at my house and sometimes I have to take a third pass to spot in what I missed.
paint and primer together works great
That will depend on what color your walls are,the shape they are in....I have used the all in and still had to give two coats. You can use a tinted primer and then paint
If you repaint often go for it. I do not have that luxury so I do it the old fashioned way, wash the walls with TSP, use a good primer then paint.
