Brr! Drafty windows- how to cut the draft?

Paint didn't get dry enough. Leave it open. Could be there's too much humidity to let the paint dry as quickly as usual.
Try rubbing the edge of the door and the door frame with candle wax or soap.
Paint with the door open a bit, and don't put to much paint in this area. When the door is completely dry then close it
A proper fix would be to examine where the door is hitting. If it is up top remove the top hinges and chisel out a little behind them so the door will not be hitting on top. If the door is hitting on the bottom also, do the same thing behind the lower hinges and the top. The problem came from too much paint build-up on the door sides.
