Recycling craft ideas needed for youth camp.......

Crafters, get your creative juices flowing! The challenge is on! I have been given 200+ elasticized/fabric pouches that bed sheet sets come in. The size of the pouches are approx 4" x 9" x 4.5" with an elastic opening on one end. .....please refer to website below.
I have been asked to create a recycling project or a craft class for a summer youth camp. Due to major budget cuts and the amount of pouches that I'm dealing with the cost must be kept very, very inexpensive.
Do you have any ideas? TIA

How about cutting them up, sewing different patterns together, and having everyone make their own personal pillows? all you need is stuffing.

What about fabric paint/stencil their name or a design on the bags? They could use them for whatever they want. Or decorate them for reusable gift bags?
