Stain or paint the porch
out door rug or paint a rug on the floor.
How about a rug, some pretty potted plants, if you have room, maybe a bistro set with lanterns and battery operated candles. Small shepherds hooks with garden art.
find a paint for concrete and paint a rug. Did this on a wooden elevated deck. I quilt...so I did a traditional block pattern, lucky for me, the new owners like quilts.
You can paint a design! Just make sure the concrete is very dry, and rain is not expected for several days. (Check your local harware or paint store for advice on which paint works best.)
OR of course, buy a rug and add chair and small table if there is room.
Or add a couple plants of different heights if you have very little room.
A nice sign (Welcome! or something you love to say) on the wall by your front door is also a warm and inviting thing.
Get outdoor cement stain. First clean with bleach and dry thoroughly. Using two matching colors, sponge the darker color first let dry. Next dabble sponge lighter color sporadically over.Hope this helps
Paint a rug design with several colors of concrete paint. https://www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=paint%20rug%20on%20concrete%20porch&rs=typed&term_meta[]=paint%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=rug%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=on%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=concrete%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=porch%7Ctyped

A fresh coat of paint can spruce it right up.
