Any product made to care for a car finish will be okay to use on your shower. Deep scratches may not be practical to repair but you can make them look better. I'm picturing using one of those inexpensive car buffers.
You do NOT want to wax the inside of your shower for obvious reasons. Wax and water make a slippery, dangerous combination.
