What do you mean by "not move?" You want to line velveteen is that correct?
I AM BACKING THE FABRIC THEN TURNING TO MAKE WARM DOG CLOTHES. THE 2 FABRICS WONT STAY IN PLACE IN ORDER TO SEW THEM TOGETHER. IT SLIPS & SLIDES.
