i have samsung... and the ice bin some times sticks. When the icemaker dumps out the cubes... if the bin is full, an ice cube can get behind it and it can cause the auto fill to drip or run creating ice under the bin... I give mine a couple of sharp-ish blows in a slightly upward motion (kind of like the TV kung fo guys do hitting upward under the bad guys nose) with the heel of my palm... NOT hard enough to break the plastic. and the mechanism and sort of shake it side to side to loosen any ice jammed around the bin and then pull hard STRAIGHT OUT. If it still does not come out... then you probably have had a leak in the back and the bin has frozen down hard... you may have to use a hair dryer to try and melt or soften the ice enough to get the bin out... then call the repair guy to fix the leak
