Tear off rooftop due to monsoon

Our community don't know what to replace for the rooftop, that blown away by monsoon. Strong wind and rains heavily. Can a barrisol be replace for the zinc? Some complaints the rooftop is noisy when the zinc blow by the wind, making lots of noise. It finally blown away, as you can see the pic. Any other suggestions?
You need a licensed roofing contractor. Here in the US there are strict building codes. I would find out what is typically used and have it fixed as soon as possible to prevent further damage.
Where are you located? Are you in the United States?
This needs to be addressed by the building managment company, or, if it's a co-op, the board - not the tenants.
It looks like an apartment building so I would agree with Sal85902 above.
