Advice for unraveled mattress foundation

Flex-a-bed foundation covering (top welting) has unraveled on one side. What to do? Newer foam mattress is rotated every 3 months; difficult under these circumstances.

Did you contact the manufacturer, and/or the store that you brought it from?
As already mentioned, check the warranty to see if it's covered. If not, next question, is the mattress cover separating as a result. If not I would try to hand stitch the welting back in place. You will have to find a special needle. Like an upholstery or carpet needle.
How old is the mattress? All mattresses come with warranties, which state, how long you have it is what will be covered. Look through your paperwork.
